SGV Summer Season
Welcome to our website! Our team (SGV) is a part of Team In Training's Greater Los Angeles Chapter. We train every Saturday morning at either the Rose Bowl in Pasadena or Bonelli Park near San Dimas. We are proud to welcome walkers and runners of all abilities.
On this team website you will find all the info to get you started & keep you connected with your team and the TNT/LLS mission. You can also learn about your amazing mentors, support staff and coaches! Also, check out our inspirational honored teammate stories!
Honored Teammates, Friends & Family BBQ Potluck [03/13]
We are having our biggest Potluck of the season as we celebrate the honor and memory of those who are in remission, currently battling, or have passed away from cancer – OUR HONORED TEAMMATES!!!
Please bring your family, friends, and personal honored teammates for a relaxing picnic after our morning run/walk!
Look for our TNT Purple Tent on the southside of the Aquatic Center
Your staff will be supplying the burgers, dogs, condiments, coolers and drinks! Now is the time to show off your other talent by bringing one of your homemade side dishes to share. And if you don’t cook, at least make it look homemade…wink-wink! Also, please bring chairs and blankets.

New Strength Training Download Tutorial!
Courtesy of Coach Chris & assisted by his awesome model – Coach Elizabeth – we are proud to present your Strength training tutorial!
This contains the exercises we do on Wednesday nights so now you can do them yourself (if you can’t make it on Wednesdays) and on other days throughout the week. Also on March 24th we will be moving on to Hill Training…BUT you still need to keep up these strengthening exercises!
Great Race of Agoura Hills [Sat. 3/27]
What, a race? Anyone that wants to do this race (all are encouraged to do it!) can get more info & sign up here: http://greatraceofagoura.com/register/.
Most of your staff will be there and we hope to have a really good turn out. This is great race experience & familiarizes you with preparation and the feelings you will go through in a race situation.
If your TNT event is a 1/2 Marathon then please register for the Deena Kastor 5K, and if your event is a Full Marathon then please register for the Old Agoura 10K. On the page where you select your T-shirt size, don’t forget to select “Team in Training from the “If applicable, select school or affiliation” dropdown menu.
